What customizations do your machines offer for beverages?
Our machines provide over 20 unique selections that suit every palette, from strong to milk, sweet to aromatic, full foam to minimal. You can change beverage options at any time or we can change them by the season, at no additional cost to you.
Our systems can accommodate every size from espresso demi-tasse cups to carafes of fresh brewed coffee.
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Can your machines track usage?
Our systems provide full account management capabilities. We can accurately monitor every beverage that is served for invoicing and on-time product replacement.
How are the hot chocolates & vanilla beverages made?
Our chocolate and vanilla granulates create the finest in hot chocolates and vanilla beverages. Made with granulated skim milk, 100% dairy, the products are heated and whipped separately, then blended together into an aromatic and delicious drink.
Are your machines environmentally friendly?
Our systems are completely environmentally friendly — nothing goes into landfills (which is not the case for many of our competitors). Just remove plastic stir sticks and replace with wood.
Our machine grinds whole beans from the external hopper. Unlike other coffee machines, there is no packaging for the coffee, nor any paper filters, cups, pods, or pouches. Exhausted coffee grounds are dropped into an internal bin for collection and composting. Wastewater from the automated cleaning cycle is collected in a sealed, internal bin for collection and disposal.
Are There Any Upfront Costs Or Commitments?
There is no cost to our clients for machine delivery, basic supplies, and ongoing servicing and normal maintenance. We bill only after you have used our coffee services and only the actual number of cups your team has consumed. Our pricing model is on a “per-cup” basis with the differences in beverage prices principally due to ingredient costs. The advantage of a per-cup charge model is that you only pay for the beverages you consumed
Can your machines pour different sizes of cups?
Our systems can accommodate 8, 10, 12 ounces.
Do The Machines Need Water?
Filtered water is a critical component of a good, flavourful. Our machines can operate with autonomous water tanks but we strongly recommend arranging a direct water line connection with an inline filter.
What Size of Workplaces Do You Typically Service?
We have dispensing units that suit every consumption and placement need! We can provide vendor invoicing programs – stand or countertop models – from 20 to 300 cups a day.
